Warm Up

The foundation of all workouts is known as a warm-up. This is a must to relax your muscles and get ready to do hard work and avoid any injuries caused. Warm-up is the first step to start our workout procedure. heel to but, knee to chest, hip rotation, knee circles, forward skips, shoulder rolls, leg swings, arm circles, mountain climbers, and forward and slide lunges are some of the workouts.





1. Push Up

This is the best way to get you into shape guys. If anyone asks is this going to work with any body type I would say it depends on the body type. There are main three body types as ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. If you have a mesomorph body type you are comparatively lucky. Ectomorphs and endomorphs are also better but the only difference is the time intervals and amount of effort they require to get their dream body. We recommend
at least 100 push-ups a day regularly for an adult man. For women, we recommend at least 25 push-ups a day regularly.

   


Inclined Pushup

For beginners, this is the best way to start pushups. Do wall pushups first if you are very weak in pushups. Don't give up guys always level up. Move to the next method which is called inclined push-ups. Always be motivated with the final results by remembering the great saying called "No Pain No Gain". Pushups are the best exercise for cardio health improvement. Pushups are very useful to form a bulk in your upper body. We recommend beginners start with inclined pushups. Do incline pushups as much as you can don't let your dream vanish.

             


2. Pull Up

This exercise is to pull your body weight against gravity as an upward force. This exercise makes your forearm 2x strong as usual. This exercise type would expand the chest size and shape of your upper body. Do at least 50 pull-ups a day regularly.


3. Resistance Exercises

By using a resistance band you can do so many variations of exercise. If you can concentrate on each and every muscle this resistance band itself is enough for you to get a good your dream body. You can build adequate muscles by working out resistance to your tricep, bicep, deltoid, etc... 


         

4. Squats

This is the best exercise to increase the testosterone level which is a male hormone that helps them to build strong muscles. If you do squads every day it also helps you to fulfill a good leg day for sure. Do hundred sets of push-ups a day to build a good lower-body physique. A well-balanced body can be maintained if you start to do squats with the other 4 exercises. Always remember to maintain a good lower body guys because this results to attract ladies for sure. If you're a woman this is a very important exercise for you even more than men. So fellow members don't skip squats.


5. Reverse Pushups

This is the best exercise to build a good tricep. Do at least 50 reverse pushups a day to build a quite good tricep if you can do 100 reverse push-ups a day it would be the best workout for your tricep to end the day successfully. We recommend the above sets of reverse pushups for gents for ladies it is not a must if you try a maximum of 50 and an average of 25 sets is more than enough.
